We are often asked questions by our customers and potential customers, so we thought we would share some of them here with you, as they may well provide some of the answers you are looking for.  If you don't see the answer you need, just get in touch and we will do everything we can to help!

Shipping and Ordering

How long will my order take to be delivered?


Due to the Corona situation, delivery times may be longer than the target lead times stated below. Many thanks for your patience.

We work with various couriers, and they will deliver your products anywhere in mainland United Kingdom. Please contact us for deliveries elsewhere.

Your parcel will be delivered within 2-3 working days from you placing the order.
Get in touch for volume discounts and alternative shipping methods if you plan to buy large orders!

As a rule of thumb deliveries take place between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, excl. Bank Holidays and if you ordered before 3 pm*, your purchase should be with you two working days later (*but sometimes you can get away with 9pm if you are lucky!))

Updates to your orders (e.g. when dispatched) will be sent to your email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We like to make your shopping as convenient as possible and so we accept an extensive range of online payment methods. We think we have covered them all, but if you have any queries feel free to contact us or send us an email.

If you are a trader or buy larger quantities (10+ cases), please get in touch for purchase order / invoice process. 

Can you ship internationally?

Via the website we only accept UK mainland orders, but please get in touch to discuss orders if you are based elsewhere. We have shipped as far as New Zealand!

I have received an incorrect item in my order - what do I do?

If you have received an incorrect item with your order then please contact us, and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I have a problem with my order - what is your policy on returns and refunds? Cancellations?

Where is BUOYANT based?

We are based in Surrey.  BUOYANT F&B Ltd. is registered in England and Wales (registered number 08779598).. Our registered address is in Betchworth, but we have operations and partners across the UK.
